- Q: Where do you ship from? How long does it take to ship?
- A: Send from China. It usually takes 8-16 Days(Except when logistics delivery is unstable, some countries and regions may take 15-25 days.).After receiving the full payment of the order, we need 1-2 days to prepare all the products. Some customized and some patchwork orders will take more time, and may take 3-5 days to send out.
- Q: How is the product packaging?
- A: Most of the products are not fully packaged (without the original box). However, we guarantee that our products are delivered to you intact. We refuse to make claims for orders without packaging or damaged packaging.
- Q: Does the package have a tracking number?
- A: Yes, we provide a tracking number for each package(contact our customer services). You can track the package by visiting the tracking website: 17track.net.
- Q: What should I do if a part is damaged or lost?
- A: Please take a complete photo or video of the package you received as soon as possible, and then contact our customer service. We will give you a satisfactory reply as soon as possible.
